MSFT Microsoft Corporation  Stock Charting

Study the stock chart of Microsoft Corporation, you see the price action continue to form higher high and higher low; bullish trend. Some trader may plan to buy, and adopting buy high and sell higher. Of course in trading there is no right no wrong, as long as you buy at the right time and sell at the right time and you make profit. But, the safer bet is to wait for retracement.  Let the price action to pullback before you jump in, at least you buy low and sell high. If not your risk is lesser too. Trade with your eyes open.

You can add an indicator such as stochastic oscillator and identify divergence. See chart.

Moving Averages are also a good visual tool for your to trade, picture worth a thousand words, After you monitor the stock for sometime, you may realize that 100 MA seem to provide support to resist the price action from moving south. So, wait and buy when the price action get supported by the 100 MA. While the MAs are still slopping up. The risk is somewhat lesser. Manager your own risk.
