Price Action

Price Action, is either presented in candlesticks, bar chart, or line chart. Price action can be broken down into three: 1) up, 2) down, or 3) sideways.

Two things that make the market move; when more buyers than sellers or vice verse. More buyers buy the market will move up and when more sellers sell the market will move down. The market will move sideways when many choose not to participate.

The charts or price action tell a story about market emotion. It shows market fear and greed. Price Action shows market sentiments and moods. Price Movement is defined by Support and Resistance. Besides the usual horizon line, moving average and trendline are also Support and Resistance. Connecting the Mountains will form a resistance, and connecting the valleys will form a support.
