See chart, you can easily find VIX try to retest the low.

Four months low or may be should say it is five months low. When VIX breakout lower. it must be a very strong one. Next question is, it is near ten points, is it the too low for VIX to go lower? So, there are two directions, move north or move south. Of course, there is another direction, sideways.

 

Picture worth a thousand words. Higher chance for bounce up, and move north. There is a gap, a big gap to cover. Of course, it may take a long time for the gap to be covered. Let’s see.
