Price Action moves in zigzag manner.
Support Resistance or Trendline
Buy Support Sell Resistance.
River
Using moving average high, low and closed to form a band, called it river. 34 EMA band act as support or resistance to the price action, see chart. Price Action resisted by River February, price action stay below river. Price Action pullback to test River again in April. Finally breakout in June. Price action then supported by River in June and again in July. But price action breakout below river in September. See chart.
Can the price action breakout above river? Will see.
Study the river direction, below three o’clock, bear trend. Above three o’clock, bull trend. River pointing in three o’clock sideways.
Wave, or River was first introduced by Raghee Horner way back to 1997. However, there are many variation by different traders. Have fun!
