Using the month high low, draw a box from the month high to the month low. See chart, We find US Dow Jones Industrial Average Index begin to decline after the price action has climbed to the top in 2018. The price action fall to the low at 23400 and retest again in February and then April again. Now the price action has rebounced higher. But only slightly higher the last December low.
We had also read about Hardy Division has cut down the production lines, as the material costs are too high and has no advantage to produce in USA. This might be just the start of the problem. Will the market confident to drive the price action higher. Will see.
