Recently, we have been using tool, Fibonacci Retracement and Extension quite a lot. So, what is Fibonacci number, that is a series of numbers in which each number is the sum of the two preceding numbers. The simplest is the series 1, 1, 2 (1+1), 3 (1+2), 5 (2+3), 8 (3+5), … , 34, 33, 89, 144, …

An Important Feature of Fibonacci Number is take any two numbers and divided by the previous number, for example 144/89 = 1.618 or any number divided by next number 34/89 = 0.618
