We see price action closed higher and higher in 2018 and it test and retest the high and hits the peak at 210 dollars.
Thereafter, the price action begin to fail and drop down, move south fast. The price action hits the low at 130 dollars.
From moving average perspective, there was a dead cross fail before the dead cross. The price action after the peak fail to close above River, 34 MA Band. The price action follow the MA and travel south.
