Price Action from bottom left to top right, add GMMA to study the price action. We see price action bouncing above fast MA, and fast MA above slow MA. Slow MA open up, and the two groups of MA also open up. Bull trend.
After the fast MA bubble, the price action collapse and close below slow MA. After the double bottom the the price action begin to breakout above stay above slow MA.
