Why does swing trading work?
You are trading in the direction of the trend. You ride the swing and follow the wave. Swing trade is a trend following, or riding the wave.
How do you enter a swing trade?
Enter after a pullback of a strong trend. In other words, you believe the stock will continue in the direction of trend.
Many have invested in great companies, it is likely that the value of your investments has diminished substantially over the past few years. The worst is some of these companies delisted itself and went private. This is very disenchanted.
Swing trade may be is right for you! Day trading requires both stock market experience and has the ability to constantly watch the market. If you are not the stock market expert and no time to watch the market, suggest you work with your financial adviser for what and how on swing trading.
