Let the Profit Run! Straits Times Index

October 9, 2014

To reduce the chance to lost, you have to ensure that the price action, and indicators are congruent, aligned to your trading direction. It is easy to say then done. You must time it right to enter and exit the market. Enter the market when the price action has confirmed and exit the market when the market starts to turn against you.

Although there is a saying, cut lost fast and let the profit run. It means when you are wrong, exit right away but when you are right stay on.

Trading is just so simple, either buy or sell. The market can either go ups and come down, of course sideway too. But, why 95% of the trader making loses.
