By drawing the support and resistance reference to the high and low of the year, ie the high and low of 2015 and 2016. We can easily spot the index is forming a lower high and lower low. So, what do you think the trend in 2017. For me I will not go against the trend, although we see a potential of reversal. Remember all setup can fail.
