Ethereum and Bitcoin Correlation

Correlation chart is a good way to understand your current market verse the market you wanting to bench mark. In our example here, we bench two cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

We see the price action of Ethereum pullback, price action close below upper bollinger band to hit the lower bollinger band. Bollinger Band begin to narrow. The same happen to Bitcoin, price action price action pullback and trace along the lower Bollinger Band. Look similar, but different.

Manage risk is a key in trading.
