Dow Jones Industrial fail to reverse, and ended higher than the last high. Picture worth a thousand words. At the start of 2016, the ^DJI almost complete its reversal. The index starts another phase of uptrend, forms low and high, the higher low and higher high. Can the trend continue? Will see.
