Straits Times Index Has Joined the Rest of the Stock Market – Decline

Friday STI Closed 2873.33 points

Last Friday, September 9 STI ended at 28.73.33 points.

STI Missed The Decline on Monday September 12

Monday, September 12, 2016, ST Index did not join US and AP stock markets on the decline. STI could not reflect this due to the Hari Raya Haji public holiday, the Singapore Stock Exchange was closed and no trading.

 

Straits Times Index Has Caught Up With the Rest of the Stock Markets in the World – Decline

However, Singapore stocks market benchmark, Straits Times Index, ^STI has finally cough up the rest of the stock markets and join the decline with US and AP stock markets.

 

ST Index Open September 13 Gaped Down

Singapore stocks benchmark, Straits Times Index, ^STI joins the fall with the reset of Asia Pacific stock markets. September 13 STI open at 2829.41 points, and closed at 2818.38 points. ST Index made the high of 2847.50 points and low of 2815.48 points.

 

Tuesday, September 13 Singapore STI down 54.95 points ended at 2818.38 points, down 1.9% from the last trading session
