Straits Times Index Charting
Picture worth a thousand words, the index seems to be trapped. Price action can only do one of the three things, up, down or sideways. If we cannot find where the trend is, may be it is a good idea to stand aside.
Moving average is a great visual tool. In this case, MA crosses up and crosses down, it does not give a clear direction. Let’s wait.
