In Trading there are only three types of trader
- New buyers, or new sellers
- Profit-taking buyers, or profit-taking sellers
- Those have to buy to cover their lost position, or sell to cover their lost position
Two Problems Trouble All Traders
Either you are experience or inexperienced traders, all face the same problem. The market either
- Trending
- Non-trending
50-50 Percent Chance
You as a trader has to know, in each trading day the market has a 50-50 chance of open trend up or trend down. The only time is when it is ended in doji bar.
Uncertainty
Trading is a probability game, just like flipping a coin. There is a 50-50 percent change of right or wrong.
So, there is no absolute right or wrong. It is always likely, probably, usually to analyse the chart.
This can be frustrate to many newbies. In many of the preview for trading courses, a frequent question is the percentage of correct, or more bluntly the percentage of winning.
Pullback
Does not matter a bull trend or bear trend, after substantial move, the price action shall pullback before continue the trend.
