MACD, Moving Average Convergence Divergence is an leading indicator. No one believe! There are tones of example can prove the statement. The following will be just another one.
You have to understand, MACD is just like traffic light or dark cloud and lighting. Do you stop immediately when you see a traffic light. My experience is not, but you are alert that the traffic may halt. Same goes for dark cloud and lighting, you will get your umbrella ready, but the rain may not start immediately. Right?
Retest Support and Resistance
Any peak, or valley that is resistance and support is very critical. Be aware that the price may retest the level at some point. See chart for the example.
