Base on the IPO closed price, only about four months the price action is above IPO closed price, the rest of the time are below IPO closed price. See chart for details.
The price after the high in 2014 November, has broken down below River and bounced off River. Although the price action has once broken out above River, hower it could not hold. Since then the price action has been below River and stay below River.
