Stock price is determined by the market, the market emotion. When the market does not agree with the price, and does not think it is worth; no trader will agree to buy any higher. It does not fundamentally, how strong the product lines are.

The following stock chart analysis shows it all. IBM stock price tested 182, but soon the market does not agree with the price. The market think the price is too high, far too far for now. So, the price start to rally downward. Now the stock price is near 147. In the worth case, the market believe the stock price should only worth 140. It is lucky that this is only for one day.
